WNDD executive director to retire, search launched for qualified candidates

Western Nevada Development District Executive Director, Sheryl Gonzales, has announced her retirement effective June 30, 2022. She joined the organization in 2013 as a Project Manager and has served in the capacity of Executive Director since 2020. The announcement has prompted WNDD to launch a nation-wide search for a new Executive Director.

Custom Vinyl Boutique opened up shop in September in the Port of Subs shopping center on E. William Street and has been serving up custom clothing ever since.

Owner Leatha Amos got the idea for her custom clothing operation from TikTok, and began making her own t shirts, sweatshirts and other printed items out of her home for a year before moving into a brick and mortar location.
