Ravens take refuge at Nevada National Guard in Carson City
A family of four ravens have taken permanent residency at the OTAG facility in Carson City. The parents, plus 2 juveniles, are living comfortably under a large solar panel high above the parking area.
The employees of the site, say they are excited and happy to see the beautiful large, black shiny birds grow and flourish in their protected surroundings.
The adult ravens, commonly known as, Noir and Rey, have been residing at the location for 2 years, however, this year, the OTAG complex welcomes 2 babies who are still in the nest and are growing quickly.
We will continue to watch and enjoy the sights and sounds of the family, and hopefully see future generations to come.
