Senior Spotlight
This week the senior spotlight is on Sara Session. Sara currently has a 4.24 weighted GPA and a senior course load filled with Honors and AP courses. Sara is involved both at the school and community levels. As a member of the Carson High School theater program, Sara has been a part many of the plays the group has put on. She has also been involved in community theater since second grade.
Sara has been a Girl Scout since first grade, giving a speech at the Women in Leadership ceremony three times. Sara volunteers her time with Food for Thought, a local program that provides meals and snacks to students who might otherwise go without. Sara also tutors struggling students after school.
Sara is planning to attend Santa Clara University where she is unsure what she will study. Whatever she chooses, we are certain she will be successful. Carson High School is proud of Sara and we wish her much luck in college and beyond.
— Angila Golik is a government teacher at CHS and a member of Senator Pride.
