Carson City Toyota selects May recipients of Campagni Cares program
Five local organizations have been selected as recipients of Campagni Cares, a charitable program of Dick Campagni's Carson City Toyota.
Carson City Little League, Northern Nevada Junior Golf, Nevada Rural Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and Friends In Service Helping (FISH) were each selected as recipients of the program for the month of May.
Previous community recipients have included The Greenhouse Project and Western Nevada College, through which the Campagnis donated 10 $500 scholarships for students in Carson City, Dayton, Minden, and Fallon.
For 38 years, Dick Campagni and his wife have been making donations to give back to the Carson City community and support as many projects as they can, said Carson City Toyota General Manager Dana Whaley.
Money from each vehicle purchased at Carson City Toyota is invested back into the community through the Campagni Cares program.
The Campagnis have resided in Carson City since 1985 when they purchased the Toyota dealership.
