October gaming revenue up nearly 2.7 percent statewide, down in Carson City area and Tahoe
Casinos in Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville and all other areas in Douglas County except south shore Lake Tahoe report gaming revenue — also known as "gaming win" — at $11,329,244 for the month. In October 2022 gaming revenue was $11,982,638.
At Lake Tahoe, gaming revenue was down 3.42 percent at south shore casinos and 4.76 percent at north shore casinos.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total gaming win of $1,315,114,434 for the month of October 2023. This amounts to a 2.69 percent increase compared to October 2022, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,280,702,499. For the fiscal year (July 1, 2023 through Oct. 31, 2023), gaming win has increased 2.85 percent.
